Why Plasman Group?

From the humble beginnings of a two-person tool shop, Plasman Group now has 20 manufacturing, sales and engineering sites throughout the world. These sites are supported by our dedicated 3800+ team members.

Our growth has been supported by our team members’ growth. Our success is a direct result of the smart, self-motivated people who work here. Our dynamic environment considers learning an essential part of our culture. That is why we foster an environment that supports development and provides opportunities for growth.

PLASMAN LEADERSHIP TRAINING

With its growing curriculum and modules, the Plasman leadership program focuses on developing our leaders and influencers to lead by example by building individual self-awareness and emotional intelligence. We believe this can be achieved by deepening our leaders' understanding of self and other team members. Our formalized program guides our leaders through a 5-step approach to leadership.

FRONT LINE ENGAGEMENT TRAINING

Our team members are our greatest asset and for that reason we have dedicated training programs for those who lead our front line manufacturing teams. Front line training equips supervisors with the tools, processes, and knowledge around engagement, safety/health compliance, leadership development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. These skills along with our ability to build trust and collaboration through teamwork is the key to our success

INDUSTRIAL AND AUTOMOTIVE TRAINING

Real-time and on-the-job training is core to growing our team members' skillsets and for building confidence in our daily decisions. We have dedicated trainers to help transition new team members joining our company, as well a support structure for internal changes.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL COURSES

We never stop learning. All fulltime team members are able to utilize the tuition reimbursement program to further their knowledge and career. Additionally, at Plasman Group, we support ongoing professional development opportunities for our teams, which work toward powering our progress.

PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK AND INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS

Transparency and respect are key competencies when providing on the job feedback and individual development plans. Managers and team members work hand-in-hand to develop engaging work assignments and growth opportunities.
